He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elick and Mary Elick (Patchak); his daughter Joyce Ann Elick; his grandson Jason Wickert; his brother Joe; his sister-in-law Karrol Elick; and his friends, Gladys Misunas (William) and Louise Elick.
He is survived by: his children, Teddy Elick of Ocqueoc, Susan Wickert (Jim) of Black Lake and Linda Elick of Detroit; his grandchildren, Melissa McClutchey (Mark) of Indian River, Zachary Wickert (Emma Vieregge) of Black Lake and Michael Elick of Lincoln Park; and his great grandchild Emma McClutchey.
