With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lowell Thomas Schweyer of Onaway, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Schweyer and Marion Schweyer (Caldwell); his children, Mark of Portola, CA, Matt (Zana) of Bluffton, OH, Marcy Gifford of Columbus, OH, Ed of Onaway, MI and Amy Stacy (Tim) of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Nasry, Amir, Camila, Ashley, Nicki, Sean (Molly), Ethan (Caitlyn), Sam, Dylan, Taylor (Joe), Chase and Kendra; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Jack, Max and Quinton; and his pet Pepper.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Belisle; his siblings, Andrew, Billy and Sharron; his son-in-law Tim Gifford; and his grandsons, Benjamin and Nathanial.
