He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Maddison Marie. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Jerry (Amanda) and Tina; and his sisters, Jean Mowery of Waterford and Diana Vankleek of Dexter, Missouri.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
