With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Lee Galer Sr. of Onaway, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on August 13, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Galer and Theresa Galer; and his siblings, Wayne, Carlton, Leslie, Joyce and Lorraine.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Davis of Onaway; his brother-in-law L. Z. Brewbaker; his children, Jerry of Onaway, Cliff (Christine) of Onaway, Vicki Galer (Grant) of Millersburg, Peggy Ferris (Glenn) of Cheboygan and Kimberly Patanjo of Portland, Oregon; and his sister Skip Lewis (Jim) of Lincoln Lake.
