He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Alice Smith (Parris); his wife Arlene Marie Smith; and his grandson Michael Smith. He is survived by: his children, Craig (Jan) of Harrison, Eric of Gaylord and Lisa Rivard of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Gary Smith, Nicholas Smith (Heather), Veronica Rivard, Andrew Rivard and Zachary Slate; and his great grandchildren, Addyson, Annalise, Elouise, Theodore and Benedict.
