He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Bailey and Blanche Bailey (Winsor); his wife Jeanette E. Bailey (DuBois); his siblings, Raymond "Junior" Bailey, John Bailey and Betty Smith; and his close friend Bethel Ellenberger.
He is survived by: his daughter Dottie Jo Bailey-Loy (Jason Loy); his grandsons, Jacob and Christian; his great grandchild Melody; his sister Phyllis Armstrong of Tower; and his grandsons, Chase of Onaway and Mike Coss of Onaway. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; as well as special friends.
