She is survived by: her significant other David Cook; her children, Clifford Cook, Kierstyn (Travis) and Hill; and her grandchildren, Brielle, Olivia, Ryder and Leland. She is also survived by ses her husband and children, Ellen is survived by cousins, aunts and many friends.
