She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Steinhoff and Virginia Steinhoff (Hall); her stepfather Frank Shimunec; and her siblings, DeWayne Steinhoff (Sharon), Richard Steinhoff (Joann), John Steinhoff (Ellen), LaDoris Fuller (Kip), Carol Sylvester (Lyle), Virginia Behmlander (Lester) and Judy Kuch (Ervin).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Allen Hughes of Essexville and Robert Frank Hughes (Martha) of Fairgrove, Michigan.; her husband Donald Hughes of Bay City; her sister Sally Sylvester (Dan) of Glennie, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Ervin Kuch (Judy) of Bay City, MI, Sharon Steinhoff (DeWayne) of Rochester, NY and Ellen Steinhoff (John) of Bay City, MI.
