It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Arthur Powers of Olivet, Michigan, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lansing Ray and Genovee Powers (Williams); his siblings, Melvin, Lansing Powers, Gloria Seifert, Bethel Kaiser, Goldie Putnam and Betty Lou Reynolds; his son-in-law Ron Oberlin; and his granddaughter Becky Powers.

He is survived by: his wife Shirleen Wyatt; his children, Patty Tarpley, Steven Powers, Rodney Powers (Stephanie), Jennifer Oberlin and Sarah Ewers (David); and his sisters, Martha Proteau and Christina Richardson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
