She was predeceased by: her husband John Ostrowski, Sr.; and her siblings, Walter Siedlecki (Julia), Mary Oldakowski (Stanley), Lucille Fischialetti (Fred), Pauline Kotchkowski (Raymond), Catherine Prushko (Tony), Leo Siedlecki (Angie) and Edward Siedlecki.
She is survived by: her children, Joann Ostrowski Parrinder (Jack), John Ostrowski, Jr. (Patti) and James Ostrowski; her grandchildren, Louann Ostrowski, Ashley McDaniels (J. D.), Eric Wells (Nicole), Melissa Ostrowski (Scott Conger) and Katie Ostrowski; her great grandchildren, Joshua and Jaden Ostrowski; and her brother Vincent Siedlecki (Ruth). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
