He is survived by: his wife Joan Garthe; his children, Anna McBride (Rusty) of Whitehall, Arthur Homer (Autumn) of Battle Creek, Elizabeth Homer of Washington, DC, Andrew Homer of Bellevue and Katherine Homer of Olivet, Michigan.; his grandchildren, Sean McBride, Sam McBride, Kirby Homer, Gavin Homer and Easton Homer; and his sister Mary Blackney (Richard) of Florida.
