He was predeceased by: his parents, Clentis "Tex" and Inga Hettich (Wiltfang); his son Zachary Hettich; and his brother Ralph Hettich. He is survived by: his nephews, Gregory Hettich and Jeff Hettich; his niece Michelle Reitman; and his significant other Cindy Lawrence.
