He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sampson and Mildred Sampson (Woodcock); and his brothers, Richard Sampson (Dawn) and Robbie Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lee Butler. He is also survived by one niece and numerous nephews.
