He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Doxtader and Dorothy Doxtader (Ripley); his wife Joanne Irene Reefman; his brother Stanley Doxtader; and his siblings-in-law, Albert Carnell Jr., Roger Miller and Martha Doxtader.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Brown, Diana McConnell, Geraldine Doxtader, Josephine Carnell, Gordon Doxtader, Katherine Doxtader, Donna Doxtader, Rachael Nichols, Sada Thorp, Tammi Rothchild and Kenny Groux. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
