He is survived by: his wife Laura Wakley; his children, Anthony "Nino" Cushman (Melanie), Nicole Bartlett (Chris) and Cody Cushman (Abbie Losiewski); his grandchildren, Alastor, Eva, Merrick and Mathias; his brother Perry Cushman (Pong); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Dulyea and Vonda Cushman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
