She was predeceased by: her father David L. Ludwick. She is survived by: her mother Doris M. Schultz; her husband Ted Chapman; her children, John Chapman, Jacob Chapman and Korey Chapman; her grandchildren, Kennsington, Zayden, Gunner, Natlie and T. J.; and her siblings, David Ludwick, Michael McCrimmon and Linda O'Connell.
