She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Manuel, Judy Fuentes, Steve Perry and LaVonne Silva. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Perry and Patricia Fuentes; her brothers, Logan Fuentes, Jensen Perry and Emmett Perry; and her grandparents, Jim Donald, Carole Smith, Gloria Perry and Joseph Silva. She is also survived by sister to her brothers.
