With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wellington Ames Pomeroy Jr. of Okemos, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on October 14, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellington Pomeroy Sr. and Josephine LeBaron; his stepfather Charles LeBaron; and his sister Sarah Swagler. He is survived by: his daughter Gwendolyn Pomeroy; his grandchildren, Topanga, Jonathan, Nicholas and Lucas; his sister Kathleen Pomeroy-Brawner; his stepsiblings, Jan Ellis (Butch) and James LeBaron (LuAnn); and his brother-in-law Arthur Swagler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
