With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Lockwood (Okemos, Michigan), who passed away on July 6, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fillwock and Inez Fillwock (Jansen); her husband Melvin "Mel" Lockwood; and her brothers, William, Louis, Duane and Joseph Fillwock.

She is survived by: her children, Marcia Luke (Ronald) and Thomas Lockwood (Mun Suk); her grandchildren, Erin, Scott, Janell, Kevin and Michael; her great grandchildren, Carter, Brady and Josie; and her sister Pat Fillwock (Jerry Balzer).

Those who wish may make memorial contributions, in loving memory of Betty, to McLaren Hospice.
