He was predeceased by: his parent John Klasek Sr. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Klasek (Maytas); his brothers, Frank Klasek and John, Jr.; his wife Ann Klasek; and his sisters, Betty Klasek, Mary Klasek, Frances (Frank Newvine), Ann (George Spicer) and Agnes (Joseph Basovsky). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends.
