She is survived by: her husband Dale; her children, Victor Omen, Tamara Van Omen of Hamilton, Jim Omen, Pat Van Omen of Borculo, Eric Omen and Carol Van Omen of Grandville; her daughter-in-law Jackie Van Omen of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Sheri, Tami, John, Melissa, Alan, Caleb and Camille; and her siblings, Mike Schuiteman, Ken Schuiteman, Wayne Koeman and Sandy Koeman.
