It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bonnie Arendsen of Oakland, Michigan, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Zandstra and Jean Zandstra; her parents-in-law, Andy and Amy Arendsen; and her brother-in-law Rick Compagner.
She is survived by: her husband Duane; her grandchildren, Mike, Shanna Arendsen (Riley), Deborah, Brian Raak and Becky Arendsen; and her sisters, Carol (Jerry Proctor), Mary (Doug Root), Nancy Compagner and Judy Morris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yntema Funeral Home (251 S State St, Zeeland, MI 49464). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oakland Christian Reformed Church (4460 38th St, Hamilton, MI 49419).
Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
