It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Eileen Lowe of Oakland Township, Michigan, who passed away on July 20, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Wagner and Ruth Wagner (Carpenter); her siblings, Marian Paulding (Kenneth), Jack Wagner and Robert Wagner (Yolanda); her children, William Michael Lowe (Linda) of Metamora, Ronald John Lowe (Leann) of Oakland, Sandra Marie Derby (Bruce) of Lake Forest, CA and Edward Allen Lowe of Oakland; her grandchildren, Sharlee Lowe, Rebecca Lowe (Will), Sarah Wetzel (Alfredo), Adam (Ashley), Elizabeth Lowe, Devin Derby, Collin Derby, Sean Derby, Ryan Derby, Timothy Lowe (Derr) and Robert Lowe; her great grandchildren, Ava, Emma and Owen; her husband William John Lowe; and her siblings, Ernest Wagner and Noreen Scarborough.
