She was predeceased by: her father Walter; her husband Henry Kosciolek; and her grandson Adam Claycomb. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Hauss (Dwight), Sharon Claycomb (Bruce) and Claudia Cleveland (Pat). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
