He was predeceased by: his parents, James Giachino and Caroline Giachino (Allen); his significant other Barbara Giachino (Niemi); and his brother Tom Giachino. He is survived by: his children, Angela Siegmon (Tom), Cheryl DeMeere (Dave), Renee Bookout (Chris), Tom (Charley Welton), Lisa Fromm (Ed) and Tracy White (Greg); his grandchildren, Emily Erickson (Michael), Amanda Kruk (Sean), Haley Bookout (David Carey), Nick Bookout, Kayla DeMeere, Ethan Fromm, Maddie Bookout, Charlie Fromm, Ryan Fromm, Sarah Fromm and Trey White; his great grandchildren, Mikey, Tommy Erickson and Baby James Kruk; his sisters, Jeanette Murphy (Larry) and Denise Fitzpatrick (John); and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Giachino and Marlene Dawkins (Joan Zurgable). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
