He was predeceased by: his grandson Matt; his parents, Adolph Swiecicki and Stella Swiecicki (Ogorkiewicz); his wife Loretta Mary Swiecicki; his sister Florence Kubicki; his brother-in-law Walt Kubicki; his sister Helen Bzymek; his brother-in-law Mitchell Bzymek; his brothers, Edward Swiecicki and Frank Swiecicki; his sister-in-law Geri Swiecicki; his nephews, Philip Kubicki, Jerome Bzymek and Timonthy Heins; and his niece Jacqueline Bzymek.

He is survived by: his daughter Judith Mary Zettle; his grandson Matthew Kyle Zettle; and his nieces and nephews, Stanley Kubicki (Nola), Raymond Bzymek, Janice Heins, James Bzymek (Irene), Michael Swiecicki (Theresa), Carol Stewart (Robert) and Kathy Reidt (George).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
