He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Kozlowski and Marvin Kozlowski; his grandfather Max; and his sister-in-law Linda Kozlowski. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Julia (Alex Marques), Max and Ben; and his siblings, Jay (Renee) and Ruth.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Hebrew Memorial Chapel (26640 Greenfield Rd, Oak Park, MI 48237). A shiva was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 3922 Maple Hill W, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48323.
