He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Wasserman and Harriet Wasserman; and his brother Michael Wasserman (late Nancy). He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Schwartzenfeld (Steven) and Lisa Foster (Todd Pearl); his brother-in-law Lanny Foster; his nieces and nephews, David Schwartzenfeld (Loren), Dana Schwartzenfeld, Sara Truscott (Brent), Jill Wasserman, Amanda Foster and Chelsea Foster; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden, Reyna, Isabel, Henry and William; and his child Blue.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hebrew Memorial Chapel (26640 Greenfield Rd, Oak Park, MI 48237). A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10544 Elgin Ave, Huntington Woods, MI 48070. A shiva was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
