She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary J. Brown (Waugh) and Lewis H. Brown; her children, James Hooker Jr. and Alta Croton (Robert); and her siblings, Edward Brown (Josephine), Dorothy Schaefer (Harley), Louis "Chum" Brown (Dorothy) and Dorothy Cass (Orlin).
She is survived by: her son Raymond Hooker (Mary) of Jennings; and her grandchildren, Kathlynn Ward (Allan), Donovan Fawcett (Naomi), Angel Clark, Jeremy Hooker, Raymond Hooker Jr., Jennifer Hooker, Kellie Herringa and Karie Herringa (Chris Clor). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
