He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran Bell and Frances Bell (Hughson); and his sister-in-law Linda Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Leah Bell; his children, William Bell (Leigha) and Nicole Boroff (Ken); his grandchildren, Jacob Bell, Kenneth, Kenadi and Linken Boroff; his siblings, James Robertson (Pearl), Robert Robertson and Jo Ann Bogue; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
