He is survived by: his mother Dixie Bulson; his daughter Kristy Cannady (Mike); his grandchildren, Nathan and Layla Cannady; and his siblings, Timothy Crouse, Theodore Crouse, William Crouse Jr., Laura Wright (James), Sharon Hill (Donald), Cathy Crouse and Kimberly Simcox (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
