He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joanne Mikosand and Walter Mikos. He is survived by: his father Steven Hoffman; his grandchildren, Kieran and Onyx; his mother Veronica Trevino; his children, Tara Hatfield (Kevin), Kaylee Hoffman and Cameron Hoffman; his grandchildren, Monica, Tristan and Faith Hatfield; his siblings, Christopher Cribley, Joanne Armstrong and Michael Trevino; and his friend Holly Hallack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
