He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bulthouse, and Maragret Bulthouse, Sr. (Johnson); and his wife Joan Bulthouse. He is survived by: his children, Tim Bulthouse (Helen), Gary Bulthouse, Joann Berdinski (Jim) and Cheryl Sonnenberg (David); his grandchildren, Jamie Sonnenberg, Becki Mineer (Eric), Melissa Sonnenberg, Ashley Makin (James) and Gina Jones (Bobby); and his siblings, Mary, Ruth and Les Bulthouse (Nancy). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
