He was predeceased by: his parents, Thevathasan and Ponnachi; his parents-in-law, Kathiravelu (Astrologist) and Nagaledchumy; his siblings, Selvarani and Nagarani; and his siblings-in-law, Thiyagarajah and Sivayogasundram.
He is survived by: his spouse Vijeyaledchumy; his children, Anusha and Karunaraj (Engineer); his children-in-law, David Sharath and Dr. Kavitha; his grandchildren, Shaila, Sanjula, Abigail and Jonathan; and his siblings-in-law, Thambiah and Sivanathan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home (2600 Crooks Rd, Troy, MI 48084).
