He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mathers and Shirley Mathers (Carlile); and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Annette L. Mathers; his children, Melanie Sobas (Scott) and Matthew Mathers (Rebecca); his siblings, Cindy Smith (Brian) and Jeff Mathers (Allyson); and his grandchildren, Weston, Maxwell, Venessa and Alexander.
