He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Clemens, Jr. and Mary Ellen DeGear; his sister Patricia Tobin; and his aunt Rose Sunleaf. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, James, Anthony (Lindsay) and Jennifer (Michael); his grandson Matthew; and his brother-in-law Terrence Tobin.
