He is survived by: his daughters, Carman Slater of Novi and Tasha Curtis of Ohio; and his siblings, Roger L. Curtis II of Novi, William Curtis (Rick), Karen Thompson Sumerfield of Florida and Chris Slater Dundas of Ontario.
