He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kundrick and Stella Kundrick (Lukryo); and his siblings, Joseph Kundrick, Albert Kundrick, Bernard Kundrick, Robert Kundrick, Alfie Kundrick, Joanna Hamilton, Shirley Holzimmer and Theresa Kundrick.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline (Der Mikaelian); his children, Leonard Kundrick, Denise Maunders (Ross), Ken Kundrick (Babette) and Michelle Curcione (Peter); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Evan, Dante and Olivia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
