She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Goldstick and Ella Goldstick; her siblings, Jean Polacheck (late Charles), Sandrea Chait (late Max) and John Goldstick (late Betty); her foster sister Edith Samuel (late Leopold); and her nephew Mark Chait.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, David Polacheck (late Karen), Jonathan Polacheck (Kristen Dean), Michael Polacheck (late Patsy Jimenez), Saul Chait (Terri Toso), Miriam Siegfried (late Ken), Donn Goldstick (Debbie), Joel Goldstick (Patty) and Nanci Berg (Thomas). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
