He was predeceased by: his parents, Paulawona and John. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Kathryn (Ben) and Christopher (Valerie); his grandchildren, Riley, Savannah, Piper, Lucas, Sage and Callahan; his stepmother Ella; and his stepsiblings, John (Cissy), Jim and Lisa (Dwight). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
