She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. Fry and Wilma R. Fry; her husband Charles E. Perry; and her son Charles G. Perry. She is survived by: her children, Linda Ciaravino (Joseph), Gordon, Tim Perry, Lisa Perry, Michael Perry (Kimberly), Laura Flevaris and Daniel Perry (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Mel, Christopher, Anthony, Daniel, Laura, Joseph, Dominic, Michael, Alana, Charles, Alyssa, Elaina, Ava, Kenneth, Abigail, Collin and Julia; her sister Florence (Clement); and her grandchild Lake Chemung.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
