She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Cunningham (Lane) and Ross Cunningham; her husband Richard C. Phillips; her granddaughter Rebecca; her siblings, Ross Jr., Dale and Dorothy; and also David W. Drylie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle L. Cosman (late Patrick), Jill S. Evangelista (James) and Paula Drylie; her stepson Richard Phillips (Lisa); her grandchildren, Ryan (Heather), Brett (Brad), Aaron (Lynsey), Jeremy, Lauryn and Nicole (Sean); her stepgrandchildren, Jared, Sophia and Kenden; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Aaron Jr.; and her brother Frederick Cunningham (Lynn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
