She is survived by: her daughters, Meghan and Marissa Schultz; her parents, Grace Holleman and Frederick Flink; and her siblings, Larry Bowman (Cindy), Susan Moore (Gary) and Sarah Stevenson (Billy). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family suggest that donations may be made to Northwoods AirLifeline, whose volunteers gave their time and aircraft to provide free flights to the Mayo Clinic for Theresa's care and treatment, so she did not have to endure long distance car trips.
