He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Styberski and Ada Styberski (Hackeman); and his siblings, Eugene, Leonard and Laura Hurd.

He is survived by: his children, Michael of Norway and Sarah Cowen (Joshua) of Madison, WI; his siblings, Randy of Norway, Robin of Southfield, MI and Patricia Kuhl of Norway; and his close friend Deanna Strehlow of Norway.
