She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Willard Hayes and Ruth Hayes (Forbes); her son Joseph Lambert; her brother Peter Hayes; and her nephew Zachariah Hayes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Hayes, Kathy Bal (Dennis) and Delia Chippewa; her son Nicholas Hayes; her brother Paul Hayes (Donna); her aunt Virgina Haycock; her daughter-in-law Mickey Parker; and her granddaughter Catherine Baeza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
