She is survived by: her parents, James Block and Nancy Block (Stickney); her daughters, Nicole Moon (Travis) and Kimberly Glanville; her grandson Murphy Moon; her siblings, James Block (Lisa Mulder), John Block (Dulce), David Block (Heather Burson) and Anne Perala (Brad); her mother-in-law Betty Glanville; and her sister-in-law Julie Santi (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
