He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Zahn and Grace Zahn (Cannon); his wife Rose Comeno; his son John Zahn, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Zahn; his great grandchild DJ Bryant; and his siblings, George, William Zahn, Catherine Sexton, Bertha Cronick, Margaret Anderson and LaVerne Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Zahn, Barbara Thiry and Patricia Bryant (Gary); his daughter-in-law Kathy Zahn; and his sisters, Ella Gurgall of Hermansville and Mary Bond of Norway. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren.
