He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Cologna and Isabelle Cologna (Duby); and his siblings, Robert Cologna, Larry Cologna and Betty Gronowski.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Hubbard (Jerry) of Stephenson, Kathy Cologna of Powers, Michael Cologna (Tami) of Green Bay, Beth Hart (Al) of Norway and Lisa Cologna of Suamico, WI; his grandchildren, Jacob (Molly), Kristen (Jake), Katie (Doug), Nikki (Logan), Luke, Emily, Jason, Casey, Parker and Lauren (Chad); and his great grandchild Perrie.
