It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria C. Asselin (Norway, Michigan), born in Hermansville, Michigan, who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlo Caliaro and Mary Caliaro (Marana); her children, Girard Murray, Jr and Catherine Baker; her daughter-in-law Sally Murray; and her sister-in-law Joan Caliaro.
She is survived by: her former spouse Girard "Dage" Murray; her husband William "Bill" Asselin; her children, Liz Murray, Ann Marie Rappette, Rick Murray and Tom Murray (Nancy); her grandchildren, Christopher, Karen, Kristi, Donald, Megan, Mitchell and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Austin, Nathan, Jackson and Jacob; and her siblings, Elaine Petiniot (Frank), George Caliaro and Bob Caliaro (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
