He was predeceased by : his father Carl Anderson; and his siblings, Muriel, Sharon, Winnie, Allan, Clarence, Howard and Loren.

He is survived by : his children, Carl Anderson (Dawn) and Renee Rachell (Rick); his grandsons, Brendan Greene-Anderson, Carl Anderson Jr., Eric Rachell and Ben Rachell; and his sister Beulah DuCharme. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
